Winter is beginning to wane and we are happily headed toward spring! The Shops of Cedar Creek Settlement welcome you with a brand new year of fun shopping. New spring merchandise is arriving daily, the 49th Annual Winter Festival is coming up on February 18 & 19 and the Settlement will host “Get Your Lucky on – Sip, Shop, Dine”, March 18 & 19 to celebrate the wee bit o’ Irish we all claim on St. Patrick’s Weekend. Historic Cedarburg is one of the most romantic and beautiful places to spend the day or the weekend. Take I-43 we’re just 20 minutes north of Milwaukee. Come visit us!
CEDARBURG’S 2023 WINTER FESTIVAL – FEBRUARY 18 & 19
Come in from the cold at the Shops of Cedar Creek Settlement during Cedarburg’s 49th Annual Winter Festival, February 18 & 19 in Historic Cedarburg. Winter Fest is the perfect time to get out of the house and explore beautiful Cedarburg during this free, fun festival.
This year’s theme is WILD WEST WINTER FEST!
Inside the Settlement buildings there will be Live Music, Unique Shopping,
Hot Mulled Wine and Food & Product Sampling in several shops.
On Saturday the Settlement will be a great place to shop while thawing out after cheering on the Bed Races (1:30 Sat.) on Cedar Creek following the Winter Festival Parade at 1:00. Our own master bed race designers/racers Anvil Pub & Grille and Cream & Crepe Café have won the coveted costumed bed race trophy many times – come see what they have dreamed up this year!
The Settlement will feature the Western songs and music of Super Dave on the Settlement’s main floor from 12-3 Saturday. Sunday 12-3 one of our favorite singer/musicians Kevin Kennedy will perform. Festival attendees can visit our participating shops for discounts, food & product sampling and fabulous winter sales! There will be a free drawing for a Gift Basket worth $100+ with items from Settlement shops, Saturday afternoon at 4 pm.
Cedar Creek Winery invites you in for Hot Mulled Wine to cheer you from the inside out while you admire the creative hand-carved ice sculptures in the Settlement courtyard. Mel’s Charities will be doing their famous cookout, 12-4 Saturday (weather permitting)
On Saturday from 12-4 the Anvil Pub & Grille will have a Chili Bar and outdoor Snow Bar for your favorite libations on their patio - with heaters, along frozen Cedar Creek while viewing the Bed Races on Ice. You can also treat yourself to lunch featuring crepes and yummy desserts at Cream & Crepe Café or delectable Italian specialties and pizza at Tomaso’s.

February 11th - Sweet Trio Tasting.
Spend some time with your special person on Saturday, February 11th. We will be offering a “Sweet Trio Tasting”. We will have 3 wines along with neat food pairings available for the same price as our regularly featured flights ($10.00). The Sweet Trio Tasting will be available for walk-in customers to give more people a chance to enjoy. We will still be offering our reservation-only tastings in the cellar. Cream and Crepe Cafe
Our crepes are to die for. If you are looking for a casual yet cozy place to dine, this charming restaurant overlooking Cedar Creek is the place. Homemade soups, salads, sandwiches and entrée and dessert crepes are our specialty. Hours: Mon, Wed-Fri 11-3. Sat & Sun, 11-5. Closed Tuesday.
Divinity Light Boutique and Healing Space
Divinity Light Boutique will be offering Reiki Energy Healing Sessions beginning in February.
Energy work is a practice where practitioners gently place their hands on or hold above a person's body to help remove energy blockages throughout their body. This results in a person feeling relaxed, and eases tension in the body. This practice is done where the client is fully clothed, laying on a massage table.
Sessions cost $65 for 1 hour, $45 for 30 minutes. There will be morning and evening sessions available to book. If interested in booking, an introductory session is $75 and lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes.
